Throughout my legal career, I have successfully represented clients in civil matters on both the plaintiff and defendant side of the bar. My successes in civil actions in New York State Supreme Court include settlements, judgments, dismissals, and procuring court orders through special proceedings.

I focus a substantial portion of my practice on dual citizenship matters. I have successfully petitioned the New York State Supreme Court for court orders pertaining to dual Italian citizenship matters. I can procure these court orders as they pertain to other dual citizenship as well (French, Irish, Argentinian, etc.). I am the child the child of Sicilian immigrants, and a dual Italian citizen myself. I’m fluent in Spanish, Italian, and Sicilian. In my down time I enjoy watching movies from the 1980’s. I can also be spotted visiting various New York City parks and playgrounds with my two daughters, who are also Italian citizens.
