Successful OATS (one and the same) court order for my client, which was signed by the judge 12 days after commencing the case

My client was in need of a “one and the same person” court order to address name and date discrepancies in her ancestors’ records, for her dual Italian citizenship application, which she is filing in the Courts in Italy. I commenced the case and the judge signed the order 12 days later. It’s impossible to predict an outcome or a timeline when dealing with the courts. However, there are certain strategic considerations that can be implemented which increase the likelihood of success.
